Mobile app for smart management of society that helps residents and society caretakers to efficiently communicate with each other. The app also features social networking platform to connect every residents living within the society. Our app helps residents to place a request to help desk for any issue / problem they come across. The app also lists and advertises nearby groceries and pharmacies. We also promote our tie-ups with Bigbasket (for ordering grocery) and Tata Sky (for promoting their service) on the app.

We have more than 50,000 users from more than 100 societies. Have tie-ups with 10+ builders who provide us leads when they construct a new housing complex. Some of these builders are Gaursons India, Supertech, Mahagun Group.

Company has three sources of revenue. First source is the monthly subscription we charge from each society. Second source is the advertising fee charged to vendors listed on the app. Third source of revenue is the commission we charge from Bigbasket and Tata Sky when a user subscribes to their service. Other than Bigbasket and Tata Sky, we do not charge commission from any other vendors listed on the app. Our first revenue source contributes 60% to the total revenue and rest 40% revenue is generated from the other two sources.
