Starting a multiplex theater in Kotdwar with 2 screens, having completed 30% of construction work.

Company is a Delhi based garment firm however, we are looking to raise funds to start a multiplex theater in Kotdwar (Uttarakhand). We have already started the construction process and 30% of the work is complete. Seeking funds to complete rest of the work which is currently ongoing.
The movie theater will have 2 screens and each theater will have a seating capacity of 225 customers. Founder of the company is a fashion designer by profession and during his 11 years of work experience in Mumbai, he has built a solid network with 3-4 movie production house. We aim to establish formal tie-ups with those production house to release their movies at our theater.
Registered office of the company is in Delhi and all our admin employees operate from there. After final construction of the movie theater in Kotdwar, we would also setup a small admin office there. We aim to finish the construction of theater in next 5-6 months.
Business owned assets include laptops, computer and furniture at Delhi office.
