- We are looking to start a premium seaplane service in Thailand providing seamless access to waterfront resorts and beaches and other waterfront locations.

- The holding company is already registered in Hong Kong and we plan on registering a company in Thailand to be the subsidiary operating company. The investor would receive a share in the company registered in Thailand.

- We have first mover advantage in this field and are working with several government authorities and have high level support from ministries and authorities for licensing approvals.

- The aim is to bring premium, professional and safe amphibious seaplane services to Thailand. Initially we would be starting in Bangkok and the nearby vicinity.

- There is a potential annual revenue opportunity of USD 90 million once we fully expand and we project that initial average monthly revenue generated would be almost USD 100,000.

- We already have partnerships with 8 leading resorts, hotels and marinas. We also have additional partnerships in the pipeline.

- Our operations partner is one of the world's leading amphibious seaplane operators with a gold-rated safety industry rating and more than 10 years of experience.

- Highly experienced executive team from both aviation and business background, some with over 20 years of experience.

- Would be looking to start operations within 3 to 4 months of receiving investment.

- We would be looking to lease around 3 planes to start operations and already have LOIs in place. Each plane is valued at around USD 2.5 million.

- We own some AOC manuals (IP), that has a market value of around USD 150,000.

- Regular services (shared experience, by the seat) to selected waterfront locations.

- VIP charter services (private experience) to selected waterfront locations.

- Cargo and freight, search and rescue, medical evacuations.
