Business Overview

Reference is made to the subject above. We are seeking investment to set up 36 fish ponds for our aquaculture business.

Our project is profitable and viable as can be seen illustrated in our business plan, and after year one of trading, our project is expected to generate annual revenues of USD 192,880.

Secondly, the 16 hectares of commercial property that we intend to use for our 36 fish ponds; has a river passing through the land, which will be a good source for water for our fish farm, but also being located in Livingstone, the tourist capital of Zambia and home to one of the 7 natural wonders of the world, the Victoria Falls, means the land has potential to be expanded into other ventures in addition to the fish farming that we are starting with.

We are seeking an investment of USD 136,000 and are open to any condition/terms convenient to the investor.

Please find attached our business plan, and valuation of the USD 300,000 property that we intend to acquire.

Products & Services Overview

We intend to establish our own farming operations to grow and sell tilapia fish starting with 36 fish ponds and various organic fruits and vegetables including cucumbers, lettuce, chilis, onions, chinese cabbage, peppers, okra, cantaloupe beans, melons, mushroom, carrot, sweet potato, cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, and eggplants as well as some indigenous Zambian vegetables such as impwa, rape and pumpkin leaves.

Assets Overview

At present the business does not own any assets. The promoter and employees use their personal assets to run operations.

Facilities Overview

The commercial property we intend to purchase already has all of the requisite infrastructure in place and the business can start operations immediately after the acquisition.

- The farm has a main farmhouse, a garage, storeroom, servants quarters, chicken farm, hummer mill house, generator room, pump house, a milking parlour, piggery, pig/furrowing pans, and 4 fish ponds, which we will increase to 36 ponds once operational.
