Newly Established ATM Investment Opportunity in Yaounde, Cameroon

Registered company in Cameroon that has recently signed a contract with MTN Cameroon to Provide ATM machines for cash withdrawals and deposits in all 10 regions of Cameroon.

The client is MTN Cameroon (contract signed).

Potential client is Orange Money (pending contract).

We aim to generate USD 1.2 million in annual revenue from 1st year. Growth rate is expected at 13% on average.

We will purchase the ATM soon. Have given an order for 6 ATMs and it is being manufactured.

To start operations, we may take 12 weeks.

Revenue will be generated by the transaction fee revenue sharing model.

Promoter is in the US and will run the business from there. The business will be based entirely in Cameroon.

We will provide ATM machines for deposits and withdrawals of money.

We have in our possession the software developed to be able to plug and play any electronic money operator with the possibility of buying and selling crypto on ATM machines in the near future with minimal development. We own the software.

Other assets include office set-up and advances.

Have rented offices in Douala, Yaoundé and also Bamenda. These are the three main areas where we have office locations with localization plans. We do not own any buildings as of yet.

No bank loans as of yet and the funding for software development was paid for by the current investors.

We are looking for equity or debt financing to purchase the assets needed to get the project going.

There are 5 main investors. The shareholding pattern varies from investor to investor.
