The buyer will receive a fully furnished restaurant with bar attached. The kitchen is fully equipped and some of the kitchen equipment include 3 deep freezers, 3 vertical chillers, 4 gas range, 1 tandoori pot and a host of kitchen utensils and other equipment. The restaurant is full air-conditioned with a 12 ton split ac.

The restaurant has a built-up area of 6,000 square feet (2 floors and roof-top) with a furnished area of 4,000 square feet and option to expand to the roof-top which is unfurnished currently. We pay a monthly rent of INR 1 lakh and have paid a deposit of INR 10 lakh.
