I am in the line of Restaurant & Bar business from last 3 years besides the business of consultancy. I am running a Restaurant & Bar under a different brand in Creaticity Mall in Vimannagar Area of Pune operational since last year having a turnover of around 5 Cr per annum.

After successful operation and running of my first joint we are coming up with one of the largest and the most glamorous joints of Pune in the heart of the IT hub of Hinjewadi.

A state of the art facility with the seating of 600 tables, world class banquet where corporate can hold parties. German brewery producing out of the world taste of beer. This will be a place of excellent class and marvellous musical arena. We are starting this place to capture the untapped and unorganised fine dine and wine market of Hinjewadi which cater’s to almost 750000 employees. Our aim is to generate around 25 crores annually. The sales forecast is based out of a well executed research carried out by an market agency.

The above place will be coming in Hinjewadi village, Pune District.

The restaurant is planned in the plot area of around 33000 Sq ft.

Outdoor sitting is in the space of 7500 Sq ft with the enclosed space of around 2600 Sq ft which will have a world class pub facility with top musical equipment and sound system.

We are also coming up with the first German made micro Brewery (already installed in 800 Sq ft area) in India which has a capacity of producing almost 2 lac litres of beer per annum.

We have a well equipped and advanced kitchen facility of around 1000 Sq ft which can cater to 1500 people daily.

Banquet with the Artificial landscape of the 1200 people capacity will be one of key part of the restaurant.

One of the most attractive seating facility is the terrace place which is surrounded with an artificial water body embodied with the sensual lighting giving the customers a complete open lounge feel.

An hassle free In house parking facility of around 100 cars plus the valet parking facility for another 200 cars.

The place is 80% completed and we are targeting to kick start operations soon.
