- The promoter has formed a private limited company and spent around Rs. 26 lakh so far on the development of the concept in 9 months.
- We have identified around 750 services that have revenue potential running into millions of dollars in India itself.
- As of the moment, we have identified our customer segments, natures of engagements, consulting proposals and contracts for standard T&C, templates for typical solutions, scores of quality sub-consultants and experts, employee profiles.
- We plan to recruit a mix of competencies such as MBAs, CAs, CFAs, company secretaries, business lawyers, engineers, ex-public administrators, bankers, business software experts, IT experts to provide holistic management services to the client from a single source.
- We have identified all the marketing infrastructure needs and created the marketing material for launch.
- Have done all statutory registrations such as IEC, PF, PT, GST, etc. We aspire to get ISO certifications.
- We have finalized the architecture of the web app and the mobile app.
- The company has created a basic website and has engaged all basic vendors such as accounting, CS, etc.
- We have finalized how the regional network would be expanded.
- We are member of MCCIA and desire to be members of national, international & local business associations.
- Our office has a seating capacity for 5 employees as of now which we need to quickly expand.
- We have generated around 40 leads for strategic consulting, each valuing more than Rs. 10 lakh, if pursued actively with quality staff without using the online facility.
- There is no revenue as of the day though a few leads are expected to convert immediately.
