- We used to sell all vegan popsicles, gelato and ice creams under a very popular brand when the business was operational. According to the franchise agreement, however, we can sell waffles, brownies and fast-food items such as burgers and fries.

- The business was operational for 6 months. During these months, we received approximately INR 80,000 on a monthly basis. The sales were low since it was winter season and also because we were only selling ice creams and popsicles.

- The rental agreement on the business' former premises has been terminated. Only the assets and the franchise agreement will be transferred to the new owner.

- The business has hired 2 employees and they are paid INR 8,000 on average. The current employees can be transferred to the new owner.

- According to the franchise agreement, the new owner will have to pay around 5% of the monthly sales revenue as franchise fees.

- Owner had invested over INR 10,00,000 on acquiring the kitchen equipment and the franchise license.

- The promoter recommends the new investor to seek an alternate property on a high street road or commercial area.

The following assets are included in the transaction: 3 freezers (1 Godrej deep freezer, 1 Williams popsicle display and 1 Euronova freezer display), 1 bakery display, 1 ISB oven (approximately costing INR 8,000), 2 waffle makers costing INR 6,000 - INR 7,000, 1 ITC shaker costing INR 19,000 approximately.

All the assets are in excellent working condition (almost new) and are 5-6 months old. One of the freezers is 1 year old.

Rental agreement with the current landlord has been terminated.
