Newly Established Catering Company Investment Opportunity in Bangalore, India

We recently incorporated our company and are looking to raise investment in order to acquire a well established restaurant in Bangalore. The target restaurant is located near a large tech park and has a total of 40 seats. It is well equipped with necessary equipment and furniture. Kitchen has the capacity to prepare food for 12,000 people a day. Seeking Investment for buy out includes the Assets, business, existing clients', royalty and also the rental advance of 8L with the present landlord.

The target restaurant is closed due to COVID-19 and the existing owners are willing to sell it. We are in the final stage of deal negotiation. The restaurant is plug & play mode. After acquiring, we will re-brand the restaurant and serve pure-veg authentic Tamil Nadu cuisines.

While operational, the restaurant used to generate a revenue of INR 2 crore annually at 40% operating profit margin. Total value of physical assets of the target restaurant is INR 60 lakh. Restaurant has a huge potential to grow as it's located next to Manyata Tech Park and there are many commercial establishments in the area.
