Business Overview

- We are a cement grinding unit. The plant is new as it was inaugurated in December 2019. The plant was operational for 10-15 days before pausing operations due to the ongoing pandemic. There is no legal business entity included in this transaction. We are exclusively focused on selling the cement grinding unit.

- The complete unit is PLC controlled (fully-automatic) and it requires only 4 to 8 loaders and 1 to 2 casual workers apart from permanent employees.

- All government, GIDC, pollution board (GPCB), ISO and BIS formalities has been completed.

- We have contacts with over 20 suppliers of raw materials that could be leveraged by a buyer.

- The factory is located within 15 km from Dahej Port, which would facilitate import of clinker as well as export of cement.

- Clinker can easily be imported and all the other raw material (like fly ash, gypsum) are available locally.

- All license (factory, labor) for the above said unit is available.

- Electricity connection of 1000 KW is available along with water connection from GIDC.

- All the machinery & equipment, except ball mill, are installed to handle 600 TPD (ball mill capacity: 360 TPD).

- There is further expansion scope with an adjoining land being available for sale.

- Dual-chamber closed circuit ball mill with a tested capacity of 15 TPH is also installed.

- Fully automatic (computer-controlled) IPA weight feeders are installed to handle the feed of all the raw-materials.

- French design dynamic classifier with a high-efficiency Hurriclon (with aero-vanes) is installed with a capacity of more than 600 MT/day.

- Ultra-fine, waterproof cement can be manufactured using the installed machines.

- Electronic-packing machine with imported controller (very high accuracy) of Spectrum. There are 2 packing machines installed with a total packing capacity of up to 700 mt/day.

- The bulk-loading facility is available separately for loose cement in bulkers.

- Space and provision for installing roto-packer is already available (If required in the future), no extra civil work will be required.

- Slip ring induction motor (main motor) of Marathon Motors is installed along with an auxiliary motor of Crompton Greaves.

- Screw-type air compressor (main compressor) & facility for running only packing unit using small air compressor available.

- European belt for elevators, gearbox (Elecon make) is installed.

- OLTC transformer (1600 KVA) is installed.

- The unit is completely dust & vibration free. Over 7 heavy-duty bag filters are installed.

- Civil work of the complete unit is capable of handling 1000 TPD – earthquake proof construction.

- Office building & staff quarters have already been constructed.

We can manufacture OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement), PPC (Portland Pozzolana Cement), PSC (Portland Slag Cement) and GGBS (Ground Granulated Blast-Furnace Slag).

Facilities Overview

The total land area is 67,200 square foot. The factory is built on 3 floors. The land is leased from GIDC but the full amount of the property was paid to acquire it. However, we are not the owners of the land since according to the govt policy, industrial land is always owned by the govt. However, we are the lease owners and the payment is extremely minimal. We pay INR 10,000/annually.
