Management consulting firm dedicated to the hospitality sector helping loss making hotels & restaurant to restructure their operations to become profitable. We have successfully helped 7 restaurants and 2 hotels to become profitable. Currently working with 4 restaurants.

After on-boarding a client, we study and gather important business details in 5-10 days process post which we implement our restructuring strategy. We restructure the operations, accounts and admin staff. We also place our employees (chefs and caterers) at our client's restaurant or hotel for efficiency. Have placed 80+ employees at our client's business. All of these employees are under our payroll.

Our business is asset light because most our of employees work on site. We have 4 employees at the admin office. Business owned assets include furniture and laptops. Director of the company is a B. Sc. in Hotel Management and has worked with Oberoi Hotels in the past.
