Our client is starting a media company that plans to film a series of projects. Promoter is a media professional with 10 years of experience in process development, project execution and distribution management. Promoter has completed 2 projects on his own and has consulted on several other projects. They are planning on creating a web series which can then be pitched to Netflix or Amazon prime once the first copy is available. Team is ready and can be mobilized once the investment is received. It would take 9-12 months to finish the projects and 3-6 months to complete the marketing and distribution activities. They are also open to funding from investors through creation of a private limited company. The business can break even by the end of the 3rd year. At a full throttle scale an investment of Rs. 8 crores is required. At a scaled down level Rs. 2.3 crores of investment is required.
