Training Institute Investment Opportunity in Pune, India

- We are a startup having commenced customer acquisition since September 2018. In a span of 3 months, we have enquiries from 12 societies and have around 200 more societies in the pipeline.

- In the process of setting up the certification course, they would then be deployed to these societies who have requirements for skilled society managers. The course will be of 96 hours spanned across 12 weeks.

- Revenue generation would be through training and certification courses. We would also earn commissions on the salary paid to the deployed society managers.

- Seeking funds to set up the infrastructure for our training and become NSDC partner for our courses. 75% of the budget for our infrastructure will be covered by NSDC and we need funds to cover 25% of project cost.

- Training and certification of society managers.

- Deployment of skilled and certified society managers to multiple housing societies.
