Factoring Company Seeking Loan in Cali, Colombia

- Factoring company operating from a business center in Cali that currently manages factoring operations for USD 40 million.

- In the current market conditions, the banks have become our main competition, and the Colombian Central Bank has increased the capital requirement from commercial banks. The banks are now offering higher deposit rates, so they are becoming more attractive to certain investors who have decided to send their money to the banks.

- Also, we have more factoring deals of companies that are not being attended by the banks in their working capital requirements.

- From this month, we need at least COP 20 billion for the current deals, we know a lot about the market, and the funds will be invested to get invoices for multiple triple-A companies as payors.

- Current market conditions make it viable to offer the funder at least 18% annually in Colombian pesos.

- We estimate our growth of operations will be at least 25% for the next year. We currently serve about 300 clients and need more cash to fund our growth.
