We have included shawarma meats in all sorts of western and eastern dishes and some wild fusions with shawarma. We also have nice vegetarian choices and fresh juices.

All kitchen and front counter assets, including, but not limited to, chillers, freezers, flat grills, two shawarma machines, toasters, blenders, sinks, stainless tables, fryers, cookers, hummus machines, meat grinders, all kinds of utensils and cooking equipment, routers, surveillance system, fire suspension systems, flame detection, hood, POS system and printer, led screens, logo signage etc.

A 50m2 kitchen with a front restaurant area and a huge common dining court for all restaurants around. Rental is 15% of gross sales (special deal). It is located in the center of the city.

Total of 2 business owners. Since we pay suppliers based on 30-60 days credit terms. We always have outstanding supplies balance to several suppliers from BHD 100 up to BHD 1,000 to our main supplier. An amount must be paid every month or every two months to avoid supply disruption.
