- Newly started export business that will be fully operational in 5 days.

- We will directly export various products to other countries and we will also help other businesses in the export process.

- Primary products we plan to export are coffee, tea, nuts, canned foods, condiments, wood products, textile products, and leather goods.

- Products will be purchased directly from the manufactures and farmers.

- Commodities will be exported to wholesale buyers and distributors in US and European countries.

- Working with a syndicate of more than 100 small & mid-size Vietnamese producers, we have a European & Vietnamese management team experienced in business, finance & law.

- Our unique syndicate business model provides small & midsize local businesses to achieve economies of scale, enabling them to access foreign markets, in an economically optimal manner.

- Our company acts as an agent for our syndicate members (not a principal), thus permitting our syndicate members to achieve higher Western revenues for themselves. It is important that we contribute to the wealth and prosperity of our syndicate members (while remaining profitable ourselves).

- Promoter has more than 10 years of experience in this field.

- We believe a big chunk of our revenue will be from offering consulting services to our syndicate member.

Our company shall receive ownership of the inventory of goods (from our supply-side clients), as collateral for financing.
