Freight Forwarder Seeking Loan in Hazaribagh, India

- Engaged in the transportation of coal, iron ore and pig iron.

- We act as an intermediary between the ground logistics provider and the coal company client. We organize the shipment order and assist with the on-boarding of the coal onto the trucks. On that basis, we have a tie-up with a 3rd party ground logistics company for transportation of the coal giving us access to a transportation fleet of 50+ hydraulic trucks. We compensate the transportation provider on the number of trips and on a per ton basis.

- Have entered into a major contract with a private sector coal company for 7 years.

- In the previous month, we dispatched 14,000 tons. However, according to the contract, we have an order to transport 6,000 tons per day. Since we were setting up the business in the previous month, we were not able to match the daily order level. We expect to reach the order level i. e. 6,000 tons per day within 3 months at least.

- We charge INR 50 per ton approximately out of which we have a margin of 10%.

- Digital marketing is undertaken internally by a marketing executive.

- Promoter has 3 years of experience in running an alternate logistics business with revenue exceeding INR 1 crore.

We provide transportation of coal, iron ore and pig iron.

The interiors and furnishings of the office including the rental deposit.

We have 2 offices i. e. 1 office cum promoter's residence and a 1,500 square feet on-site office on a rental basis. We pay INR 17,000 as rental fees.
