Our company has purchased and renovated a small guesthouse two years ago to accommodate vegetarian guests and yoga tourists. Given the success of the first year of activity, we decided to expand our stay concept by building a resort village with 10 wooden villas. We have already purchased the land to construct villas. Current guesthouse has a 75% occupancy rate throughout the year. Guesthouse has 2 rooms, a kitchen, a drawing-room, a bathroom, a back yard for entertainment and activities. We generate leads via our own website and 3rd party booking platforms. Sales have dropped due to the ongoing pandemic and lockdown.

We offer our customers relaxing stays and offer vegetarian meals, yoga classes, sports equipment rental.
