- We take up running hotels and run/manage their properties. This includes entire management and operation functions of the hotel.

- Business is registered in Mumbai, and owner is currently located in Nepal.

- Currently partnered with 5 hotels in Nepal which we manage.

- We charge the hotel a percentage of their turnover for our services.

- We are looking to add 10 more hotels by the end of next year.

- The properties we intend to take on will have a minimum of 30 rooms and in the F&B sector will have a minimum area of 2,000 Sq. Ft.

- Planning to take properties in India in the near future on lease & purchase with support of investors.

- Owner has 14 years of experience in the hotel management industry and has a strong team in place.

Complete hotel and operations management. Will expand to - restaurant, clubs, casinos, lounge, health clubs and spa.

Physical assets include office equipment and furniture.

Have 2 rented offices in Kathmandu and Mumbai.

There is no loan on company & we ran the company by help of own funding now its difficult. Need an investor who can wait for long to return or equity basis.
