- Business is involved in property buy and sell, consultancy services, manpower supply, property management services.

- Also, have a branch office in the Philippines and we offer the same services there as well.

- Planning to take on residential development projects in the Philippines in the future. This is to grow the business and diversify our services into multiple fields.

- Due to pandemic, it is difficult to manage the business so we are seeking a loan to run the existing business.

- Have 12 clients for property management services.

- For manpower consultancy, we have 200 clients but we do not have contracts with them, they reach us when they need candidates.

- Candidates are under the company's payroll.

- We place 10-15 candidates per month.

- Majority of the revenue is from manpower consultancy followed by property management.

- We charge a commission from property management clients and also for consultancy services.

- Business has been temporarily stopped due to Covid situation and we will resume soon.
