- Company is a startup real estate agent that will assist property owners to find buyers in Guwahati.

- We plan to only focus on sale of empty plots and not buildings / infrastructures.

- Have 10-15 plot owners in our network with plot size that ranges from 1 to 25 katha. These include both residential and commercial plots.

- We will enter into a Power of Attorney (POA) agreement with the seller to represent their plot and then find a buyer for them.

- At present, we have 5-10 buyers in our network who are based in Guwahati.

- Our company will take care of the entire process which include finding buyers, help in legal and ownership transfer process.

- Once the property is sold, we will charge our commission from both seller and the buyer. Our commission percentage would range between 5% to 10%.
