- Started commercial operations as a private limited company this year but have been in the market and serving as a sole proprietor since 2006.

- Manufacture modular, eco-friendly, and plug-&-play new container constructions (homes, villas, and industrial projects) that are the alternatives to affordable & luxury accommodations.

- We also construct steel structures for warehouses that are made out of ACP panels and steel and are suitable for weather conditions.

- Apart from these, we also work for the real estate sector and construct various buildings, residential and resort projects.

- Have successfully built and delivered container constructions to more than 150 clients to date.

- We have a manufacturing unit where the container construction is carried out and then shipped. We have the capacity to manufacture about 50 containers in a month.

- Currently, working for 20 clients. Containers are customized as per the client's requirements.

- We have a sales team that approaches various companies and gets orders. Apart from this, we also receive enquiries from social media and other websites.

- Each container construction and warehouse structure starts from INR 10 lakh.

- Employed 30 workers on a contractual basis who work at the unit.

- Some of our clients are with Novotel, Brindavan Gardens and Brundavan Valley.

- Steel is mainly acquired from Tata and Jindal Steel. All other raw materials are acquired from 10-15 vendors located across different cities in India.

- 70% of the revenue is from the container construction and the remaining 30% is from the traditional real estate activities.

- We have an upcoming real estate project of a beach resort that is to be constructed in a land with a space of 8 acres and we intend to build ice skating, an underground aquarium, and a luxury resort with all facilities.
