Business Overview

- We are eager to become one of the largest real estate asset management companies in Bangalore. The vision is to purchase high rental yielding properties for our clients and maintain the same without any burden or stress on the investors/end clients. We will also receive a 5% stake in all the projects along with 100% asset management.

- Our prime areas of focus will be residential real estate properties but we are also open for commercial real estate properties.

- The investment stake that is on offer is for the business as a whole and not for individual project properties.

- Planning to create a separate entity from our current business i. e. investment management and the final legal documentation is underway.

- The investors/end clients will get the rental amount credited into their account and all the properties are completely managed by us. The firm is looking to manage 2,000 flats in the next 100 months that will be worth a total of INR 500 crore.

- We will get ownership rental from 5% of each project and also 10% revenue of the rental as asset management fee for a total of 15% rental fee.

- Each project will be broken into 20 pieces with a 5% stake for each piece. We will keep 1 piece while the remaining 19 pieces will be sold to the investors. We already have a building property worth INR 3-3.5 crore owned by the promoter that will be transferred to the business post-registration.

- This is an idea to encourage the investors to come out of the FD route and invest in low risk and capital appreciating real estate assets.

- The promoters are in the real estate business for the past 35 years and have a strong understanding of the industry. Besides that, the promoters are already running a well-established online Indian investment/asset management platform with over 25,000 registered users. Users on these platforms have expressed interest regarding our current business plan.

- We can acquire the new properties and start generating revenue within 3-6 months. The properties have been recognized and we already have an established customer base. Besides that, we already have our first property in the promoter's name which we will be renting out in the coming months. The investor will be receiving a stake in it.

- Have 5 part-time employees and 10 full time employees.
