- We are a family run business that has been operational for 6 years before incorporation into a private limited firm last year.

- Business is operated and managed by one of the promoters from Coimbatore.

- Over the last 6 years the firm has worked on more than 10 to 15 projects.

- We only work on residential projects and usually the projects are for G+1 floor or G+2 floor villas.

- The project value is usually between INR 30-40 lakhs to INR 80 lakh -1 crore.

- We take up projects mainly in the regions of West and South Tamil Nadu.

- Presently we rent out construction machinery and equipment when required.

- The revenue of the current year is less than last year since some projects were temporarily stopped during the pandemic.

Construction, structural engineering, interior designing & drafting, contracting, fit-out & joinery, loose furniture, facility maintenance.

Company rents out all its assets including furniture and machinery.
