Newly Established Trade License for Sale in Porto, Portugal

- We are looking to sell a bar license along with a lease agreement of a cosy shop in the iconic streets of Porto, Portugal.

- The shop is not owned and is rented at EUR 800 per month. The security amount is EUR 1,000. The lease is valid for two more years and can be further extended. The transaction amount also includes the security amount of the shop.

- The lease agreement will be transferred to the name of the prospective buyer and he or she will continue using the shop and paying the rent.

- The landlord has given us permission to look for another lessee contingent on timely payments by the prospective lessee in the future.

- The shop was earlier used as a boutique. However, we have shifted it elsewhere in Porto. Currently, the shop is empty and is not used for any operations.

- The shop has an area of 800 sq. ft. and has a few chairs along with basic electricity, water and sewage connections. The facility can be renovated by the prospective lessee's as well.

- Along with the rent agreement, the prospective buyer will also receive the ownership of a bar license. The price of the license is EUR 2,000 and takes approximately 6 to 8 months to get sanctioned.

- The prospective buyer of this transaction will be able to rent this shop and use it to open a bar. However, the bar license can be used anywhere in Portugal in case the buyer does not want to convert the facility into a bar and use it for any other purposes.

- A value of EUR 200,000 is assigned to this transaction primarily because the prospective buyer will be able to rent a shop in the most iconic market in Portugal which has a massive tourist influx throughout the year and is extremely difficult to get a place in.
