- Kerala based training institute that to offer competitive exam coaching such as SSC (Staff Selection Commission for central Government jobs), IBPS – For bank jobs, SET – For school teachers job in Kerala, UGC NET – For college teachers jobs across India and UPSC exams (IAS, IPS, IFS etc). We also offer courses in soft-skill training, interview preparation, business communication, leadership, team building, public speaking and marketing and sales. Computer courses – Cyber security, Artificial Intelligence, Animation, Digital Marketing etc. We are also planning for courses in Oil and Gas, shipping and logistic etc.

Rented a property with an area of 5,500 square feet. The premises has 5 digitally enabled classrooms with a maximum seating capacity of 30 students per class. Classes will be offered in two batches (first batch: 9 AM– 1 PM and second batch: 2 PM – 6 PM) and thus we expect to be able to have about 300 students. The owner pays a monthly rent of INR 1,25,000. The rental deposit for the property is INR 7,50,000. The duration of the rental agreement is three years and can be renewed.
