Los Angeles-based car rental company looking for investor to open a branch in Dubai.

We are looking to open our second location in Dubai, UAE instead of the USA.
1. Employee salaries are significantly lower than in the USA, cutting down the operation cost by 70%.
2. Dubai is made up of 80% tourists. Also, Dubai makes it impossible for a tourist to purchase a vehicle in Dubai.
3. Scorching heat for 365 days and relatively low fuel prices!
4. UAE, Dubai is the second safest country in the world, meaning no vehicle theft problems.
6. Luxury cars are much cheaper to purchase in Dubai compared to the USA.

Car rental services.
Airport transport services.
Corporate events.
Weddings.
Chauffeur services.
Music videos/production props.

This is our 2nd location, so currently it's self funded. Currently own 100% of the business, looking for one solid investor that would love to join me on another fun venture in Dubai.

Warehouse/office set up, marketing & website completed. Just need to purchase vehicles.
