1) An American concept industrial-themed sports bar, that is an everyday neighborhood hangout for sports and music lovers, located in a 5-star hotel. It is located in a rented premises of 1,700 sq. ft. with capacity for 70 pax.

2) A Mumbai street food concept lounge bar located in a 4-star hotel offering eclectic interpretations of quintessentially Indian coastal flavors, while the cafe-style menu invokes nostalgia of dearly loved street food recipes with a quirky, new flare. Rented premises of 2,500 sq. ft. with a capacity for 95 pax.

3) Modern international-themed poolside lounge (indoor + outdoor) venue offering stunning views of the Dubai creek. The venue is spread over 8,000 sq. ft. and will offer a seating capacity of 350+, once built.
