- Advance payment for the patent of USD $20 million,
10% royalties thereafter for 10-20 year term (negotiable).
- Potential companies must have a solid track record in the nutraceutical industry, strong supply chain, and the ability to reach emerging markets for traditional medicine particularly in China and India.
