- Company plans to start an online marketplace which would have multiple departments such as eCommerce, couriers, handyman services, food delivery, ticket booking, export & import and manpower supply. All these services will be offered through a single platform.

- At present, we plan to start with eCommerce segment and then venture into other segments in future. The eCommerce segment would have both B2B and B2C sections.

- B2B: Retailers can buy goods from manufacturers & distributors in bulk quantities. We have already spoken with 15+ manufacturers & distributors. Our revenue model will be commission (5% on sales) and subscription (monthly & yearly)

- B2C: Connect end consumers and sellers online. We have spoken with 50-60 sellers / vendors. Our revenue model will be commission (10% on sales) and subscription (yearly).

- We have developed a basic website with template product listings. We have an in-house team working on the website.

- We plan to promote our company through digital marketing and social media marketing.

- Company will have its own warehousing and logistics system. We already own 2 trucks in the name of our company.

- eCommerce platform to sell all types of products such as apparels, electronics, plastics, household appliances, furniture.

- The platform will engage in both wholesale and retail transactions. Our platform will act as a source for customers to find proper products and sellers.
