Optical Store Investment Opportunity in Mumbai, India

Company sells international brand of sunglasses, frames, Contact lenses and own brand of spectacles through retail stores. Planning to start new stores in Mumbai and nearby cities. Have many international brand of sunglasses. Our products are sourced from Multinational Companies like Luxxortica, Saffilo, Essilor & many others. For our brand of spectacles, we outsource the manufacturing process to 1 manufacturer. Currently have 2 stores in Jaipur receiving approx 12 footfalls per store per day. Generate 60% of revenue from sale of international brands and 40% revenue from own brand.
The company is run by 3 directors holding corporate & entrepreneurial experience of 18 years (combined). Details about them are highlighted below:
Director 1: Provides hospitality services to an IPL team and Pro Kabaddi team.
Director 2: Has sound corporate experience in retail, business development, fundraising, and operations. Has worked at a senior position in reputed organizations who were into eye-wear, cosmetics and apparel. He was also a former director for an eye-wear retail chain in India.
Director 3: The 3rd director is into event & hospitality services at cricket ODIs, IPL & state-level tournaments. He has also worked with Star Sports for Pro Kabaddi League as an assistant hospitality manager.
The registered address of the company is in Jaipur however, we have a small team there and mostly operate that office to manage the operations in Jaipur. Our main admin office is located in Mumbai with a large team sitting and operating from there. Business owned assets include computer, laptop and furniture at offices and at stores.
