- We run a playschool with a daycare facility of a well known franchise brand.

- The school started late last year and currently running 1st grade and intends to open up curriculum for other activities in the future.

- Currently there are 40 kids studying in the playschool.

- We enroll 3-4 new kids each month.

- We have a total staff of 8 which includes teachers, nannies and a driver.

- The franchise agreement has a tenure of 5 years and can be renewed paying a renewal fee of INR 3.5L.

- The current agreement is valid for one and half years.

- We pay a royalty of 18% to the parent brand for each new enrolment.

- In addition to this, we also pay 20% of the tuition fees each month as royalty.

- The parent brand trains the teaching staff, provides the curriculum and all training and marketing materials.
