- We penetrated the food processing industry ourselves with our bakery products such as cake premixes, concentrates, etc.
- We have an in-house production facility where our products are manufactured, and packaged under our own brand name. As of now, we have 5 products under our brand. The majority of the revenue is generated through the sales of our eggless cake premixes only.
- Our production unit has the capacity to produce about 2 tons of cake premix across all flavours every day. We sell about 30 to 35 tons of our eggless cake premixes every month and are utilising about 75 percent of the total production capacity.
- We have a network of 60 distributors who further sell our products to independent bakeries, supermarkets, etc across India. We also sell our products to about 200 clients as per their respective purchase orders. These clients are typically bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores across India.
- Earlier, we also provided specialized consultancy services for the food processing industry where we assisted businesses and food startups in various operations during their business life-cycles.
- Earlier we had two sources of revenue for our company. The revenue from selling our bakery products contributed to about 85 percent of the company's total revenue but now we are focusing only on the bakery products.
