Over the past 4 years we along with a group of technical people have worked to develop the products for the consumer market considering a huge demand in India. Our product has been tested and proven to be the best in the aspect of quality and taste compared to the competitors.

Strategy.

I ) To have our outlets all over Bangalore through franchise / distributors. Ii ) To reach each & every consumer through franchise / distributors. Iii ) Advertisement through FM radio & other promotional activities.

First 3 months we plan to focus on North & East Bangalore. We plan to tie up with atleast 25 franchise / distributors and gradually increase the number covering whole of Bangalore. We will also target corporate sales which will eventually form the bulk of sales for the company. We will also be able to raise money from the distributors in the form of security deposit when launching in the retail market.

We have spent close to Rs. 31 Lakh Machinery & Equipement, Factory & Interiors, Packaging, Vehicles, Registration and Licenses, Product R&D and Sampling, Marketing Materials.

I ) Spice Powders – Sambar Powder, Rasam Powder, Chilly Powder, Dhaniya Powder, Turmeric Powder etc. We have around 20 varieties of powders which are used all over India.

Ii ) Ready-To-Eat food – Sambar and Rasam. Just heat and serve.

Iii ) Semi Ready food – Idly Batter and Dosa Batter.

Iv ) Groceries - Daily necessity products for house hold.

The unit is built on an area of 7,000 Sq Feet. Advance paid - 8 Lakhs. Monthly Rent - 95,000. Power - 65HP. Company has pulveriser, auto seal and fill machine, drying, roasting, frying, weighing machines and delivery vans.
