Profitable Fabricated Metal Products Business Seeking Loan in Coimbatore, India

- This is an engineering company and we primarily work on hydropower station projects.

- We work on 5 big projects per year and some small projects.

- Each project takes 6-12 months.

- Currently, we are working on 12 projects.

- Since our inception, we have worked on 52 hydropower stations.

- We work on mechanical-related work for the power stations on a turnkey basis.

- Heavy fabrication is involved in our projects.

- Only undertake government projects for both state and central government.

- The maximum capacity of our largest project is 13,000 tonnes which takes 1-1.5 years to complete.

We undertake custom-built jobs based on customer requirements hence We do not manufacture any specific product. Our predicts and services include -

- Manufacturing of cast and machined components.

- Heavy structural fabrication.

- Complete manufacturing, erection, and commissioning of hydro-generating equipment and spares.

Physical assets include-

- An administrative office building in our own premises with a land area of 15 cents owned by us.

- Workshop annexure unit with an area of 4 cents.

- Vacant land measuring 5.5 cents.

- Machinery.

We have an administrative office in Coimbatore and a working space in Trichy with an area of 2 acres. The facilities are owned by us.

Our bankers are Karur Vysya Bank. We have availed an OD facility of INR 3 crore from our bankers. Other than OD we have private financiers who invest in our projects in one on one basis. Currently, we have INR 2.45 crore as the outstanding amount.

This is a sole proprietorship with one owner having a 100% stake in the company.
