- We sell over 35 extremely high quality leather products made of grain leather under our own brand name which caters to every form of utility.
- We are expanding our product line by launching another brand for which the production has begun. The investment opportunity is for the parent company which includes both the brands.
- The business outsources production of goods and has contracts with 4-5 manufacturers in Kolkata and Kerala. Each contract has a validity of up to 3 years. Depending on the volume and type of product, they are paid anywhere between 25 to 35 percent of MSRP as production cost.
- 85 percent of revenue is through online sales. We sell through our website along with various e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. No explicit contracts with these platforms. Rest of our revenue is through our brand's retail counter in Kerala.
- We have 2 year long contracts with 2-3 logistics companies in Kerala and Kolkata as well. These companies provide us with logistics support at different stages like delivery of orders through our website or storing goods in warehouses.
- The business invested heavily in production in its first year of operations. Due to increased demand and good costumer reviews, we increased our revenues this year.
- We have multiple purchase orders in our hand, along with massive demand for online sales. Our aim is to increase production to meet these demands and give our investors their desired return within the stipulated time frame.
Our brand includes a variety of leather products like wallets, bags, card holders, belts, jackets and shoes.
The business owns inventory for the products of the current brand along with WIP goods for a new line of products for a different brand.
