- The 3 MW Wind Mill project was set-up in FY 2012 by awarding a turnkey contract to Suzlon.

The annual lease rental for the both the units is INR 1,48,276.

- Long term Power Purchase Agreements ( PPA ) for 20 years has been entered into with Mangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited ( MESCPL ) and Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited ( BESCPL.

- O&M contract has been awarded to Suzlon for a period of 5 Years.

- The project is insured with The New India Assurance Company Limited for the present insurance period from 07th June 2015 to 06th June 2016.

- Both the machine & grid availability is consistently on an average greater than 95% i. e minimal downtime and higher operating efficiency levels.

- The project is eligible for 10 Years of Tax Holiday under Section 80 ( IA ) of Income Tax Act.
