Due to poor revenue in farming, we are converting the land into eco-friendly resort cum farming to boost the revenue and also to produce the fruits and vegetables. Each house will be 1,800 sq ft surrounded by natural environments. The company has only 2 liabilities around INR 26 lakh total and assets worth INR 8 crore. we are raising preferential redeemable shares each Rs 35,000 and multiples, with a fixed dividend of 16% (tax-free) and compulsory payback in 3 years.
