We have introduced several exotic vegetables not grown in India, particularly in a hydroponic environment. Our products are used by several five-star hotels, premier restaurants, clubs, and individual discerning customers. It has good growth potential and a bright future. The farm's location gives added advantage as it is in the city of Gurgaon near the golf course road. Our production capacity depends on the orders received by us.

The business had a contract with Swiggy the last year which got over this year, as Swiggy stopped its operations for exotic leafy vegetables. This is the reason for our reduced run rate sales. The business is registered in New Delhi but the farm is in Gurgaon.

We produce exotic leafy vegetables, fruiting vegetables, herbs, and microgreens. We can manufacture 60-70 vegetables.

Physical assets include all growing equipment and temperature control equipment of the polyhouse.

Land of one acre is on lease. There are two climate-controlled polyhouse admeasuring 3,000 sqm in sector 63, Gurgaon. All assets required for cultivation are owned by the LLP.

Self-funding and some loans from family and friends will be paid off before the sale.
