- Have served over 300+ clients in the real estate agency based operations. We charge a commission of 2% on the final sale. We list the properties on popular portals like 99 acres and MagicBricks besides engaging in off-line sales.

- Additionally, we have worked on 6 - 7 major residential real estate construction projects for instance: farm houses (around 1,000 square feet).

- The business had earned INR 6 crore during the previous financial year.

- The property that we are seeking to acquire has an area of 100 acres. Planning to allot 2.5 acres per farmhouse. The property has excellent connectivity with Gurgaon city. Post funding, it will take 3 - 6 months to start development. It will take at least 2.5 to 3 years to complete land development. We will only develop the land as farmhouse construction will be undertaken by the clients depending on their requirement. We have well-established contacts in Delhi and Gurgaon region. Post-construction, we will be developing 2 sales offices. One will be located onsite, while the other office will be located in Connaught Place, New Delhi. We are willing to share up to 50% of the profits on the project. Ownership of the property will be transferred to the new investor.
