- For the Bhandup project its a vacant land parcel, which will be an affordable residential real estate project with 14 floors. we have already partially paid for the land worth INR 15.5 cr. The balance to be paid is INR 7 cr. The total construction area is 30,000 square feet and our sale component is 23,000 square feet.
- The estimated value for the Mankhurd, Chembur and, Bhandup projects are INR 30 cr. , INR 80 cr. , and INR 35 cr. respectively.
