- We are a real estate agency for residential real estate projects. We also provide recruitment services to clients in the FMCG, beverages, and banking industry.

- Have tied-up with 10 reputed builders and 15-20 local builders to execute the projects.

- Generally, we execute 30-40 projects for a year. We completed 8 residential projects during the first quarter of this year, but due to COVID, we had to stop our operations temporarily.

- Have 20 clients for our recruitment vertical which includes companies in the FMCG, beverages, and banking industry. We only recruit the candidates and the payroll is managed by the clients.

- Revenue model: For real estate projects, we receive a 2% commission of the total project from the builders. The average project worth is INR 30 lakh. For the recruitment vertical, we either get a fixed fee or get 6% of the annual CTC for every selected candidate based on the client.

- Revenue split: 65% of our revenue is from real estate services and 35% is from the recruitment services.

- Our revenue has dropped significantly due to COVID restrictions, as we had to temporarily stop working on residential projects. Recruitments have also been affected due to lower demand from companies.
