Business Overview

Started the firm in 2009 and over the years we have completed 30-40 projects. We undertake small projects of constructing individual houses and apartments. Every year we execute 3-4 projects. Since our projects are of small size, the sales are low. However with our current plan, the sales would shoot up.

Our current plan is to develop apartments at multiple locations and sell them. Have a network of agents who are ready to sell 4-5 plots in the area. We have the funds to buy the property and we are seeking funds for construction. Each plot is of approx 3,500 sq ft area.

Our physical assets of INR 50 lakh includes an apartment which we have recently built and it's in the process to be sold.
