Residential Real Estate Construction Business Seeking Loan in Hosur, India

Firm is looking to build a luxury residential apartment in a commercial area in Hosur. We have already identified a vacant land of 26,000 sq ft and have made an advance payment of INR 26 lakh. Looking to raise funds in order to pay the balance amount to buy the land and start the construction.

The land is located in the close proximity to schools & colleges and is 2 kms away from the national highway. We plan to construct a 5 storey building with 80+ flats. Each flat would be a 1,000 sq ft luxury 2 BHK flat. In addition, we will also develop multiple amenities such as fitness center, swimming pool, play area, jogging track.

The total construction cost of this project is INR 30 crore. However, we are only looking for INR 5 crore to buy the land and start constructing the initial structure. Once the initial structure is constructed, we will start selling the under-constructed flats in order to raise funds for further construction.

Founder of the firm has 5 years of experience in this industry. Business does not own any physical assets at the moment.
