The firm is seeking funds for duplex construction in Ranchi and has already acquired a land of 4 acres. We have acquired this land in partnership with the original land owner. We hold 66% ownership of the land and rest 34% is held by the original owner. The land is currently vacant and after raising funds, we will develop the plot, build a boundary, hand pump and construct a road.
The location of our land has good advantage as it's located next to 2 international schools and a hospital. We have already acquired the NOC certificate from the local government. Have the 3D layout design of the duplex houses ready with us and we plan to build a total of 104 duplexes. Each duplex will be sold at INR 60 lakh.
