We develop, build and manage our own hotels and sell luxurious branded residences within an unprecedented and disruptive model. Our business verticals are:
- Real estate sales of luxurious branded residences (usually for holiday or vacation homes)
- Hotel and resort accommodation.
- Unprecedented private aviation program & proprietary lifestyle and yachting program for our hotel guests and branded residences owners.
Physical assets include ISLA-integrated secured lifestyle assets) and three major resort development locations with an area of 87,000 sq. m. and 70,000 sq. m.
The resort is being developed as a two-annex location, with the main compound in the heart of Athens Riviera within one of the largest marinas in the Mediterranean and connected by a water limo to its annex 20 miles offshore on a Greek island and stunning beach resort.
In total the two annexes offer 380 luxurious hotel suites and generate over three hundred million euros in branded residences inventory.
This inventory will be fully offered for sale off plan from January and the resort will be completed by 2024. The two locations have an area of 87,000 sq. m. and 70,000 sq. m.
The company has been funded entirely through shareholder equity and has engaged advantageous development financing for construction purposes.
The business has eleven shareholders in total including management and HNW investors.
