- Have successfully completed 3 projects with 45, 41, and 75 flats respectively.

- Currently building a 184 flat project spread across 3,50,000 sq. ft. in Boisar, Mumbai.

- The project is ideally located close to the MIDC area and is only a few kms away from the nearest railway line and the nearest sea port.

- The project has 14 wings each built as a G+4 floor combination.

- The project is RERA compliant and 98 of the flats have already been sold out.

- Around 70% of the construction is complete and only 45 flats remain to be constructed in order to complete the project.

- We are expected to complete the project within 18 months of securing the investment.

- The land for this particular project is not owned by the business but we have a revenue-sharing agreement signed with the landlord under which we develop the land and in return receive the rights to sell 60% of the flats.

- We are not obligated to pay any lease amount to the landlord.

- Construction for the project has been outsourced to a local construction company and most of the firm's employees are sales staff.
