- We are a manufacture of modular and pre-engineered housing with a goal of creating low cost housing.
- Our company is registered in India but we also have subsidiaries and group companies across the world running independently in Canada, US, Europe, Africa and Asia.
- We are committed to reduce the dependency on RCC and wood frames and aim to replace them with green building materials.
- Company started operations a year ago. Prior to that we spent 5 years on research and product development.
- Also have 17 domains from where we promote the business and generate inquiries.
- We have completed 4 projects in Maharashtra since we started operations. The projects generally have a lead time of 3 months.
- The cost of our buildings start from a lower limit of INR 8 lakh and does not have an upper limit.
- We procure galvanized steel from JSW and produce the panels of the structure ourselves.
- Company can produce 30 panels per day but manufactures these panels on a need basis. We keep a stock of 1 lakh panels.
- Management team has 3 years and 8 years of experience respectively in the field of modular housing.
- Company's physical assets include machinery and equipment.
