- We seek to sell 1RK, 1BHK and 2BHK flats in a gated community.
- There are over 150 flats in total and the lumpsum cost of these flats together is INR 30 crore.
- The flats include 1RK of 17 lakhs each, 1 BHK of 28 lakhs each and 2BHK of 34 lakhs each.
- The apartment complex has a total of 70 acres and we would be adding more flats in new phases. We plan to have a total of 18 phases.
- Currently we have built and sold flats for the first two phases. We have phase 3 and 4 under construction for which we are offering the flats for sale.
- The construction of phase 3 would be completed by next year and phase 4 would be completed the year after that.
